It has been 2 years now since the foundation of the Music Club. All these long years we experienced both great success and almost a complete failure, but all has taught us well about lessons of life. We started of with only about 15 members in the year 2004 and now we're moving though year 2005 with more than 20 members.
We have set a lot of working structure and every school year, we vote for the officers who will make sure that we have the right working structure and will ensure the effectiveness of our work.
In the beginning of year 2005, the president of the club has organized a “music club board” which helps speed up the process of decision making and improves leadership skill for the officers and members.
True, we started as a simple music band, but things have developed rapidly in the past two years. We have been and still are doing various activities and projects both inside and outside the school such as concerts, short films and advertisements but we focus most on charities because we believe that it‘s a much better cause that would make a difference. Often, our work goes unnoticed; we work on almost every school activities in the past two years, staying late after school and staying behind the curtain with the activity coordinator to make sure that all shows run smoothly. |
