The primary aim of the Art Department is to develop a well balanced child who is artistic, intelligent, concerned, dynamic, and respectful not only in school but in the community as well.
          The department offers a wide variety of activities to cater the needs of the students. From art theory (that includes art principles, art elements, art history) to hands-on activities (that includes sculpture, photography, painting, sketching, digital imaging, and crafts), our program provides students the opportunity to interpret the art of others, listen to others talk about or see them create art, as well as create original artwork.
          Students in Ramkhamhaeng Adventist International School have the opportunity to develop basic skills and understanding in art through a coordinated developmental program. As art educators, we recognize our responsibility to educate the entire person and to provide the skills and attitudes necessary for self-expression in the creative arts. Therefore, our mission is to provide students with experiences that will foster positive personal growth as well as a satisfying relationship with art.
