Last Saturday, February 7, the Grade 10 A class went out for an outreach. We visited the “Foundation for Stray Dogs”, which has been established since 2003. We also brought some dog food and first aid kit for the fogs. The shelter takes care and gives medication for stray dogs. One reason why a dog becomes a stray is that it’s a product of men’s irresponsibility. If a dog is a stray, many things can happen such as accidents, handicapped, or even death.
          When a dog is still a puppy, it looks adorable and cute. But when it grows up, it may lessen some of its cuteness. Some people may find it less attractive or got tired of their pets.
          In the shelter, we saw one dog that doesn’t have legs. According to a staff, that dog appeared in a movie before. So, if anyone is thinking about getting a pet, one should take care of it and be responsible for it. Remember that your pet loves you and is loyal to you. They say, “Dogs are men’s bestfriend”. So, let’s all be kind to animals.
