Language Arts: English, Speech & Drama, Journalism<\/h2>\n

Language is the most important medium of communication and feeling. It is best taught when combined with practical interactions and challenges.<\/p>\n

The English Department of RAIS follows the Common Core State Standard for English Language Arts and Literacy. We offer English 1 to 4, Speech & Drama, and Journalism courses to grade 9 to 12 students empowering them to accumulate the rudimentary qualifications and skills necessary for high school. Our curriculum is focused on current learning trends and is structured to allow students to become educated people, self-motivated learners, and articulate presenters. Students are encouraged to read, compose, research, perform experiments and make creative visual projects. The mentors for these programs are qualified practitioners, educated uniquely in their specialized areas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
