Four years of steady, personal guidance toward the right university fit.
From the first prep session in grade 9 to a finished application in grade 12, every student is walked through the process one deliberate step at a time — with their own digital portfolio, a counselor who knows their pathway, and a clear picture of what each university on their list actually requires.
A path that starts in grade 9, not grade 12
University prep sessions run every year, so by the time applications open, nothing feels rushed or unfamiliar. Each grade builds on the last.

What the program is built on
Four parts work together across all four years — a digital portfolio, a dedicated senior class, personal check-ins, and requirement research.
The digital portfolio
Every student keeps one running portfolio from grade 9 onward — grades, activities, awards, and writing all in one place, ready to pull from when it's time to apply. This runs on Cialfo, a university-guidance platform we use school-wide.
Built up over four years on CialfoThe senior university class
A scheduled class for grade 12 students covering how applications work, how to use the portfolio system, and hands-on time to actually complete them.
Weekly, for all seniorsPathway check-ins
Regular one-to-one meetings tailored to where each student is headed — a different conversation for a student weighing engineering programs than one weighing art school.
Timed around each student's pathwayRequirement research
For every university on a student's list, we lay out exactly what it asks for — grades, tests, essays, deadlines — so nothing gets missed.
Specific to each student's shortlistOne portfolio, filled in gradually, ready when it counts
We use Cialfo, a third-party university-guidance platform, to give every student their own portfolio and application workspace. Instead of scrambling to reconstruct four years of activities in a single fall, students add to it as things happen — a competition placed in, a service project finished, an essay drafted for class.
By senior year, the portfolio isn't a task to start. It's a resource to draw from.
Check-ins built around where each student is headed
A student aiming for a conservatory needs a different conversation than one aiming for a pre-med program. Check-ins are scheduled around each student's actual pathway.
Academic pathways
Course selection, grade targets, and test timing reviewed against specific program requirements.
Creative & portfolio-based pathways
Building and refining a portfolio or audition material alongside the standard application timeline.
Athletic & scholarship pathways
Coordinating recruitment, eligibility, and scholarship steps that run on their own separate clock.
Every university's requirements, laid out clearly
Once a student's shortlist takes shape, we research exactly what each university asks for — grades, tests, essays, interviews, and deadlines — so applications are built against the real requirements, not guesswork. This covers Thai universities such as Chulalongkorn and KMITL alongside international destinations.
