Grade 10 – Cooking Class | Bua Loy

The heat was on in the Kitchen Lab as Grade 10 took on the Bua Loy Challenge! 🥥

It takes a steady hand to make those perfect little rice pearls, and our students rose to the occasion. This hands-on culinary session allowed our G10s to explore the science of cooking while celebrating a beloved Thai traditional snack.
